Terms & Conditions
General
- All rights to the artwork are reserved to me.
- The artwork is for personal use only. Licensing for commercial use will have additional fees. Email me to discuss this further.
- Credit me if you are posting the commisioned piece online. All my other works are not allowed to be reposted.
- My watermark/signature must remain on the artwork.
- I can post the artwork on my social media and/or portfolio.
- I can decline to draw the following:
Mecha/Androids/Robots
Gore
NSFW
Anything I believe to be out of my skill set and/or comfort zone
- Do not use my work for NFTs or crypto currency.
Payment
- Payment is done solely through PayPal invoices.
- Currency used is always USD.
- Full payment must be made once a composite sketch of the artwork is provided and approved.
- I will provide a full refund if I am unble to complete the piece.
- Commercial use is around x1.5 to x3 the base price. This includes streaming assets and published novels. I do not design merch.
- I do not do refunds once the final piece is complete. I only accept extra payment to alter and/or fix something in the piece.
- I will email the final piece once it is complete.
- Tips are not required but always appreciated~!
Time to Complete
- It usually takes 1-2 weeks to complete a piece, but there may be delays during the Fall and Winter semesters (September - December and January - April).
- If you wish for the piece to be completed sooner, there will be additional fees.
- You will recieve a few composite sketches to choose from before I begin the final piece.
- If you wish for process updates as I work, let me know and I'll gladly send them to you.
- If you wish for me to work according to some of your feedback, the exchange will take additional time to complete the piece. Tell me beforehand if you want to do this.
